500 Brickell - West

500 Brickell is known for its architecturally defining circular shaped connection between the east and west towers. Each tower is run by its own HOA but the common elements are shared by residents of both towers, including the rooftop pool located on the 42nd floor of the east tower.

Amenities in the building include a well-equipped fitness center, a massive circular pool, a library, party rooms and the aforementioned rooftop pool deck. 

Units facing north will soon have all or most of their views blocked by the adjacent Baccarat development. This project will include a total of three towers on the lot to the north of 500 Brickell.
