Brickell City Centre - Rise

BCC Reach & Rise are part of the larger Brickell City Centre complex in the heart of Brickell which includes two residential towers, two office towers, a hotel and a full scale open air mall complete with some of the world's finest retailers. You will also find some great resturaunts throughout the property.

The units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units and many larger penthouse units as well. Some of the penthouse units on "the slope" have their own rooftop plungepool and patio which is pretty incredible. Swire developed these units as true luxury condos so you will see high end finishes throughout the units and common areas.

One notable difference with Rise is that the east side of the building backs up to the Metro Mover so lower-floor, west-facing units may experience some additional noise from the tram announcements (the tram is silent but you can hear the announcements from time to time).
