Canvas

Canvas is a newer luxury development that is a little off the beaten path in the Arts & Entertainment District. It's location, while not in the center of any specific area, allows for quick access to many of Miami's most vibrant neighborhoods and avoids some of the gridlock traffic that can occur in other areas. The units are allowed to be rented with a 30-day minimum and 12 times per year. 

The units are compact in size but thoughtfully laid out. They come complete with modern finishes, tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry. 

Amenities in the building are expansive and include multiple pools, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working area, and resident's lounge.
