Epic Residences

Epic Residences represent the condo portion of a condo-hotel property in Downtown Miami. The property includes a 411 key Kimpton hotel and two restaurants - Area 31 and the acclaimed Zuma. 

Residences are finished with Snaidero cabinetry, Miele and Sub Zero appliances, which are also adorned with Snaidero cabinetry, tile flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. 

Residents have access to two set of amenities, some are private for residents only and others are shared with hotel guests. The list includes multiple pools, full service staffed spa, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center 24/7 staffed lobby and hotel services for a charge including, housekeeping, in-room dining and in-room spa services.
