Icon - Tower 2

The Icon Development in Miami is an ambitious development that was delivered in 2009 with 1,795 units spread across three towers. The towers all share a massive 300-foot-long elevated pool deck and some of The W Hotel, (formerly Viceroy), amenities. The lobby and common areas were designed in striking fashion by French designer Phillipe Starck and are eclectic yet refined. 

Tower one and tower two are resident only towers and are perpetually in demand from both renters and end users. The units are on the larger side, and many have great views of the bay, river and/or city. There are a few select bayfront units in tower 1 that feel more like you are living in your own home on the bay than a massive complex. 

In addition to the pool and hotel amenities, residents have access to a state-of-the art fitness center, yoga room, spinning room, theatre, an impressive spa complete with treatments room and some of the best programing in Brickell. There are also multiple restaurants on site including the world-famous Cipriani.
