Icon - Tower 3

The Icon Development in Miami is an ambitious development that was delivered in 2009 with 1,795 units spread across three towers. The towers all share a massive 300-foot-long elevated pool deck and some of The W Hotel (formerly Viceroy), amenities. The lobby and common areas were designed in striking fashion by French designer Phillipe Starck and are eclectic yet refined. 

Tower three houses the 147 key W Hotel along with the condominiums. The units are similar in size and level of finish to the other towers, and many have great views of the bay, river and/or city. The main difference with Tower three is that there are no rental restrictions so you are able to use the property for short term rental purposes.

In addition to the pool and hotel amenities, residents have access to a state-of-the art fitness center, yoga room, spinning room, theatre, an impressive spa complete with treatments room and some of the best programing in Brickell. There are also multiple restaurants on site including the world-famous Cipriani.
