Loft I

Loft I is a minimalist loft style building in Downtown Miami. The units are characterized by their no-frills modern finishes. They come with stainless steel appliances, impact windows and doors and polished concrete floors and ceilings. Some units have ample sized balconies while others have Juliet balconies. 

Amenities at Loft I include a ground floor pool, fitness center, and community room. Parking is not included with these units but is available at the public parking garage next door for a reduced rate.
