Mark on Brickell

Mark on Brickell is highlighted by light-filled units with larger floor plans and excellent views. Most of the units are in original condition from 2001 while a handful of them have been updated to today's standards. 

Amenities at Mark include tennis courts, pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ area, convenience store and on-site restaurant. Most of the units include at least one parking space. 

While the views are great from nearly all of the units, the vacant lot to the south will be developed at some point which may interfere with the view on some of the south facing units.
