MyBrickell is a mid-sized condo development directly adjacent to Brickell City Centre. The building does allow 30-day rentals and has a high volume of short-term renters. With that said, the staff manages it well and they are always pleasant. 

The units range from studios to three-bedrooms and are known to sell and rent very quickly. The finishes are modern yet simple with stainless steel appliances and impact windows and doors. 

Amenities include a rooftop pool and fitness center, bike storage and 24/7 lobby attendant. There is also a full-service restaurant and bodega on the ground floor. All units are valet only in this building.
