Nevertika

Neovertika is a minimalist, loft style building in Brickell. The units are characterized by their no-frills modern finishes. They come with impact windows and doors, spacious balconies and polished concrete floors and ceilings. Some units have upgraded flooring and appliance while others are very minimalist. 

Amenities include an expansive sun deck with a pool, hot tub and paddle court, a fitness center, boxing gym and basketball court. The building also has multiple restaurants on the ground level. 

There is a large multi-tower development underway to the west of the property that will ultimately connect the riverwalk with additional restaurant and retail. We hesitate to provide a timeline for this but the project is underway with one tower recently topping out.
