Vizcayne - North

Vizcayne North is one of two towers that make up the Vizcayne development. The towers share common areas and amenities but have separate HOAs and rules and regulations.

The units reflect the style of the early 2000's and have largely been kept in original condition. They were delivered with quality finishes like marble flooring and accents in the bathrooms, black granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances so they have, for the most part, held up well over time. The views in the building range from stunning endless views of Biscayne bay to looking directly at the wall of the adjacent building - knowing the location in the building is incredibly important in this development. 

The amenities on-site are very good and include a large, state-of-the-art fitness center with programing, a resident’s lounge with pool table, spa and three pools.
