14 ROC

14 ROC will be the first condo building in the newly proclaimed "signature district" of Miami. The location, which lies between Miami World Center, Park West and the Arts & Entertainment District, is one of the greatest selling points of this project. The development will come to completion on a similar timeline to Miami's signature bridge that is poised to transform a formerly blighted area in to a bustling hub of activity.

The aesthetic of the building takes cues from nature as the tower rises out of a rock shaped podium. Additional design features, found in both the units and the common areas, include neutral tones, open layouts and high ceilings.
