Nobu Hospitality has unveiled its first residential project in Miami with 619 Brickell, a striking new tower planned along Biscayne Bay. Designed by internationally acclaimed Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects, the 74-story development is being brought to life by 13th Floor Investments and Key International. The project will feature 300 residences alongside approximately 90,000 square feet of private amenities, including a full-service spa and wellness retreat, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a tranquil poolside café. The design and amenity program reflect Nobu’s signature blend of refined Japanese-inspired aesthetics and elevated hospitality. At street level, the development will introduce Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, highlighted by a distinctive circular architectural concept and expansive waterfront views, creating a seamless connection between the residential experience and the brand’s celebrated culinary and lifestyle offerings.
