Delano Miami Residences is a 90-story residential tower in Downtown Miami, featuring 421 fully finished and furnished residences with expansive views of the city skyline, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The project introduces a hospitality-driven residential experience anchored by signature dining, wellness offerings, and elevated amenity spaces — including a rooftop observation deck and a sky-level restaurant positioned over 800 feet above the city.

Residences are delivered fully finished and furnished, with interiors designed by Meyer Davis. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and frame unobstructed views of the surrounding city and waterfront.

Each residence includes built-out closets, a contemporary lighting package, and integrated smart home technology. Select residences offer deeded office suites and pied-à-terre configurations.

The residences are split among the hotel operated "Delano Collection" (floor 19-46) and the true residential units, "Delano Residences" (floors 47-75).

The building offers a comprehensive amenity program centered around lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality.
