Miami RiverBridge - Hyatt Regency

This massive redevelopment of the current Hyatt Regency site on the Miami River has been in the works for years. Since the site is owned by the city and leased to the owners, there are more intracacies to a redevelopment of this size.
While the (expected) condo tower is said to contain 862 units, the overall development will span three towers and could house as many as 1,500 total units between multi-family, condo and hotel uses. Towers 1 and 2 will be 61 stories tall and at least two of the three towers will be connected by a sky bridge 70 stories above the city.
