THE WELL Coconut Grove is a boutique residential development that integrates luxury living with a comprehensive wellness lifestyle in one of Miami’s most established neighborhoods. Located in Coconut Grove and developed by Terra in partnership with AB Asset Management and the wellness brand THE WELL, the project introduces a new residential concept centered around health, balance, and holistic living.

The eight-story building will feature 194 residences, including a mix of condominiums, lofts, and townhomes with floor plans ranging from approximately 960 to 4,200 square feet. Residences range from one- to four-bedroom layouts and are designed with spacious balconies, open layouts, and abundant natural light. Some homes also include dedicated “wellness dens,” flexible spaces designed for meditation, fitness, massage therapy, or personal wellness routines.

Architecture for the project is led by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio, emphasizing natural materials, calming design elements, and a connection to the surrounding tropical environment. The development is designed to reflect Coconut Grove’s character, with architectural details and landscaping that complement the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets and historic charm.

Wellness is the defining feature of the project. Residents will have access to an extensive amenity program anchored by a 13,000-square-foot wellness center and a 40,000-square-foot rooftop wellness oasis. Amenities include a rooftop pool, hot and cold plunge pools, cabanas, fitness and movement studios, and social spaces designed for relaxation and connection. Specialized wellness experiences such as hyperbaric chambers, crystal cave relaxation lounges, and communal bathhouse facilities are also planned.

The WELL brand brings an integrated approach to health and lifestyle, offering services that may include health coaching, fitness programming, nutrition guidance, and spa treatments. Residents will also benefit from curated wellness programming and access to practitioners across multiple disciplines, reflecting the project’s emphasis on physical and mental well-being.

Scheduled for completion in late 2028, THE WELL Coconut Grove aims to combine high-end residential design with an immersive wellness experience, creating a lifestyle environment that prioritizes health, community, and long-term quality of life in one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods.
