The Waldorf Astoria Residences will be the most iconic building in Miami upon completion. Raising to a height of 1,049 feet, the staggered-stacked glass cube structure will be instantly identifiable from anywhere in the city and provide unparalleled view of the city, beach and bay. The structure will contain the 360 residences as well as a 205-key 5-star Waldorf Astoria hotel.

In addition to an impressive exterior profile, the interiors of the both the building and the residences will be stunning. The minimum ceiling height in the units will be 10' with penthouses extending to 12' which will allow for maximum enjoyment of the floor to ceiling windows.
